TL 2019 Wk-4

I completed week 2 of my new lifting program went well this week. I am starting to get used to the 6 day a week lifting program which allowed me to push myself more this week. I felt comfortable picking my numbers and jumps, with a week of experience on the program under my belt.

I will put out my new lifting program and thoughts behind programing this cycle in a post to the Throwing Experiment next Wednesday. I want to get through the last hard week of training before I talk about the programing of this cycle.

            This was my last week off of throwing; I will start adding in throwing sessions next week.  I am going to go back to the basics and do a lot of drills the next couple weeks, in preparation for the outdoor season.  I am going to train through my next meet, USATF New England Championship, on February 17th.
