Andrew White is the Graduate Assistant Track and Field Coach at Regis College. Andrew, who goes by A.J., works with athletes in the throwing events at Regis.
Previously, AJ competed in Track and Field at the Division I Level at Gardner-Webb University where he earned Big South Conference Outdoor Track and Field Scholar Athlete of the Year and Big South Outdoor Track and Field Co-Outstanding Field Performer in 2017.
A.J. is a USATF, USA Track and Field, Level 1 Certified Coach, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
At Regis College A.J. is pursuing a MS in Organizational and Professional Communication. Previously he earned a BS in Sport Management and a MBA at Gardner-Webb University.
A.J. continues to train and compete post-collegiality and has personal best marks of 17.43m in the shot put (Aug. 2018), 50.91m in the discus, and 52.06m in the hammer.
